⬇️
Initial Phone Interview
This is a brief phone conversation (about 15 minutes) to get basic information about your child and see whether Acorn Tree can meet your family’s needs.
⬇️
Parent Tour
This is in-depth meeting (usually lasting 60-90 minutes) to see the space, discuss the program philosophy and policies, ask questions, and talk about your child.
⬇️
Enrollment Commitment
If Acorn Tree would be a good fit for your child and you would like to proceed with enrollment, you will be provided with an Admissions Packet. Required forms must be completed and returned along with the Tuition Deposit and Supply Fee to confirm your enrollment.
⬇️
Child Visit
Once your child’s enrollment is confirmed, we will set up a time for you to bring your child for a visit. To help the transition we also try to set up an informal meet up for outside play time with the other children closer to your child's first day.

All billing and payments are done online via Brightwheel. Monthly tuition payments are due in advance by the 25th day of the previous month. Annual Enrollment Supply Fee is due upon enrollment and at the start of each subsequent school year. This fee is non-refundable and not reduced or pro-rated for students joining the program mid-year.
The structures and policies surrounding payments and fees are designed to support the financial and administrative health of the program, ensure a professional environment, create efficiency for both provider and families, and prevent burn out or inconsistent care. All of these are important elements to assuring the highest quality of care for your child and a living wage for your care provider.
